Payment Guidelines

We are currently offering 2 payment methods as below:

1. Visa / Mastercard / JCB / American Express

If you want to make your payment using your credit or debit card (with a Visa / Mastercard / JCB / American Express logo).

Next, you will be asked to provide some information relating to your card:

- Billing Information: First name, Last name, Email, Country, City, Address.

- Credit / Debit Card Information: Cardholder, Card number, Expiry date, CVV / CVC (usually on the back of the card).

For compliance with PCI - DSS (Payment Card Industry - Data Security Standard) for your transaction, you will only provide the information over a secure connection TLS / SSL.

2. Visa / Mastercard

If you want to make your payment using your credit or debit card (with a Visa / Mastercard logo).

After that, you need to provide some information relating to your card to process the payment:

- Billing Information: First name, Last name, Email, Country, City, Address.

- Credit / Debit Card Information: Cardholder, Card number, Expiry date, CVV / CVC (usually on the back of the card).

For compliance with PCI - DSS (Payment Card Industry - Data Security Standard) for your transaction, you will only provide the information over a secure connection TLS / SSL.

Notes:

When your transaction has already proceeded successfully, you will see the confirmation page. You will also receive a confirmation email after your payment has been validated and accepted.

In case of transaction failure, you will see the decline page, suggesting the possible reasons for the failure.

The fee you pay for us is the fee used to process your eTA and get your eTA stamped at the airport. See the eTA fee for further details.
